Challenging Projects In my ideal position, I live in a large city and have a short commute (30 min. or less) to work via mass transit. I earn enough money to cover our expenses and have some left over to save for the future (retirement/college for M). In my ideal position, I have an opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects where I have a chance to contribute in a meaningful way. I have opportunities to continue to learn and grow. I am given the flexibility with regards to hours and work location in order to find balance between my work and home life. -E-course Alum
